ELEVEN RENEW FAITH JOURNEY AT EASTER

On Saturday, April 15, eleven sojourners in faith, took special Sacramental steps in entering fully into the Body of Christ here in Holy Family Church, Nazareth.

It had been a fairly long journey for these seeking to grow in their faith-walk, starting with weekly sessions in the Fall of 2016 led by Joel Gerber of Nazareth, and finally coming to the celebration of Baptisms for two, and Confirmation and Solemn Eucharist for all 11 in the group. Around 400 people witnessed the service at the church.

Following the ceremonies at the church the Holy Family Parish Council hosted a reception in the Nazareth Community Hall for Nakima Puente, Jessica Huseman, Raul Hernandez, Jr., Shelby Ramaekers, Lisa Hererra, Sharee Lewis, Brittany Paddock, Dee Turner, John Welps, Tiffany White, and Cesar Loya. Around 200 people attended the reception and welcomed the newcomers.
